I have a 22khz 4x4 multiswitch but there are no settings to enable the 22khz tone. is there a work around for this?
Thanks
Ching

Hey Ching, I've never used a 22khz switch before. There is a setting for "Tone Burst" in some driver interfaces, default seems to be off. If I add an option to turn on Tone Burst and send the diseqc port command, do you reckon it'll work?
Maybe if you point me to the multiswitch model you have I could find a cheap equivalent on ebay to test with?

sorry it has taken so long to reply to you i have been gone for awhile. I think it would be worht a shot. if you would like me to test it out i would be more then happy to.
right now im hitting echo7 on one sat and echo 10 on another with the mdapi. works great if i just do one sat. for some reason the the diseqc that i have causes the program to crash with my twinhan azurewave ad se200. so i am hopefull that using a multiswitch will solve that issue to get both sats on one card :)
seems that the multiswitch works with other programs "dvbdream" or "progdvb" but i really like your interface. its very nice simple clean and easy for anyone "even my parents" to use if they stop by.
Thanks and feel free to email me if you want a fast response "goes right to my blackberry"

Heya Ching, sorry for taking so dying long. Today I've done a bit of an update which now includes an option for "Tone Burst" on the scanning screen. Note that not all devices can support this option, the Twinhan BDA and WDM drivers both have implemented it though. I'm guessing your device is being picked up by the correct twinhan driver, and not the generic one. See how you go, and also send me a device report from from the help screen if it doesnt work.
Thanks dude.
