Trying out DVB-C

Avatar for rede96		Hi. I saw your app linked in a DVB forum I use and thought I'd give it a try. The features look great. Unfortunately I can not get your app to work with my DVB-C card.

I tried entering just one transponder's frequency and symbol rate etc but when I press scan it just crashes.

My card is a TechnoTrend C1500 HD DVB-C using latest BDA drivers. I am using XP Pro SP3.

Any ideas on how to get this working?

Avatar for Sichbo		Thanks rede96, I'd love to have a chance to debug the DVB-C. What sort of error do you get? is there anything interesting in the DebugLog.txt in the program folder after it crashes? Maybe something in your windows Event Viewer?

Nothiing too interesting, I just get the windows message saying sichbo has caused an error and needs to close. I have posted the debug log below.

I guess you're still knida busy but I was just wondering of you were still interested or have time to see if there is a solution to getting DVB-C working.

See how you go with the recent v1.0.1 build - if still no luck, it'd be really great to perhaps run some tests off your machine remotely? Send me an email simon at sichbo dot see eh if you're interested.
